Native login with role-scoped authority

Sign in to CivicSyn

CivicSyn helps people ask for help, offer local capacity, track what happened, and review public outcomes without exposing private case details.

Public service portal

Start with plain-language questions, service cards, request status, capacity offers, public records, and appeals. Signed-in teams can open deeper workspaces when needed.

  • Ask a question and go directly to the right next step
  • Request help or offer capacity with public-safe summaries
  • Track status, reasons, deadlines, outcomes, and corrections
  • Use sign-in only for private evidence and authorized work
Public-safeResidents see aggregate information, not private case details.
Human-governedRecommendations require accountable review before action.

Sign in with email and password

Use CivicSyn native login for regular workspace access. Login proves identity; roles grant authority.

Too many failed attempts temporarily lock native password login. Magic-link recovery remains available.

Google sign-in unavailable

Google OAuth needs both client ID and client secret before it is shown as a sign-in option.

Google sign-in is not enabled for this deployment yet. Admins can enable it without changing role rules.

Create a native account

New accounts start with public/read-only identity. Request partner, reviewer, auditor, or admin roles after sign-in.

Passwords use salted one-way hashes and are never stored in plain text.

Magic-link recovery

Use passwordless sign-in if you forgot your password or your pilot prefers one-time codes.

Check your email for a secure link and a six-digit code. If it expires, request a fresh link from this page.

Need a role?

After sign-in, use your account page to request partner, local workspace, auditor, public reviewer, or admin authority. Admins approve role requests with an audit trail.
